Check if the tire pressure is normal and if there are cracks or cuts on the tires.(1) Excessive inflation (referring to pressure higher than 5 bar) will cause severe jolting during driving, and may lead to tire blowouts or bulges in summer.(2) Insufficient inflation will reduce driving speed, increase power consumption, and shorten the driving range.(3) Tires with cracks or cuts are prone to blowouts.
Check if operating systems such as braking and steering are flexible and effective; check if the power-off device can cut off power before braking.
Loosen the adjustment nut on the rear brake lever. With the handbrake released, pull the rear brake lever forward by hand.
Jack up the tire to lift it off the ground, then loosen the rear adjustment nut by a certain distance.
Tighten the front adjustment nut by turning it clockwise until the brake clamps the tire and it can no longer rotate.
Slowly loosen the front adjustment nut while turning the tire by hand, until the tire rotates smoothly without the feeling of being clamped by the brake.
Tighten the rear adjustment nut. Repeat the same process to adjust the other brake.
(1) Release the handbrake. When pushing the empty vehicle by hand, the tires should roll flexibly without obstruction.(2) Pull the handbrake; it should lock the wheels. When pushing the vehicle with force, the wheels should not rotate.(3) When stepping on the brake pedal, both rear wheels should lock simultaneously (the brake pedal should be 3-5 cm away from the platform).(4) If the above requirements are not met, adjust the brake to meet them, or contact after-sales service for technical support.
When the brake shoes are worn down to half their original thickness, replace them to ensure driving safety.
If the brake fails, stop using the vehicle immediately, turn off the power switch to stop the vehicle, and then have it inspected and repaired at a relevant maintenance point before driving again.
After using the new vehicle for one week, conduct a systematic inspection and reinforce all fasteners as a whole. In particular, adjust the brake system twice as a whole to ensure safe driving.
Check if the battery power is sufficient and if the circuit and all electrical components work reliably. Insufficient charging not only affects the driving range but also damages the battery life.
Turn on the power switch and set the driving button to the forward gear.
Step on the brake pedal, release the handbrake, and then release the brake pedal.
Twist the stepless speed change handle inward slowly to start the vehicle at a low speed.
Reduce the speed in advance, turn only when safety is confirmed, and drive as slowly as possible while increasing the turning radius.
Step on the brake pedal to stop the vehicle.
Pull the handbrake lever to a secure position.
If the driver needs to leave the vehicle, be sure to pull out the key and confirm the vehicle is safe before leaving.
Step on the brake pedal and wait for the vehicle to stop.
Switch the driving button to the reverse gear and confirm there are no obstacles behind.
Release the brake pedal and twist the stepless speed change handle inward slowly to reverse the vehicle.
